Nursing Resource Staffing Pool

The Nursing Resource Staffing pool provides supplementary staffing to nursing units throughout the hospital. Each professional nurse working in the Nursing Resource Staffing Pool is required to have a minimum of 2 years experience in the desired clinical area.

Nurse/Patient Ratio

Rotation/Shifts

• 12 hour shifts
• 7a-7p and 7p-7a for Acute, Critical Care and Psychiatric Areas
• 8a-8p and 8p-8a for Women’s & Infant’s Areas

Skill Mix

• The Resource Team provides supplementary Registered Nurses, Patient Care Technicians, Unit Secretaries and Unit Support Specialists as needed
